Heads-up play of the year from Jason Kidd. With the Mavs down two points to the Hawks, Kidd caught coach Mike Woodson with one foot on the court, and elbowed him into the scorer’s table. The result? A technical foul on Woodson, a huge momentum swing, a free point for Dirk Nowitzki, an eventual victory for the Mavs, and basketball fans everywhere sleeping on Kidd’s monster 19 point/17 assist/ 16 rebound game (at age 36!). Old Man Kidd may not be able to guard young players like Darren Collison anymore, but he’s now led Dallas to seven straight victories.
