The Wilbon family is selling off shares of the New York Mets, as a result of a lawsuit brought by Bernard Madoff’s victims against Fred Wilbon’s investment firm. You’d think that a team that’s still paying Bret Saberhagen and Bobby Bonilla for two more decades would have more sympathy for victims of fraud.
