1. Interesting. The only game I have ever attended at Fenway came the day after Manny Ramirez became a US citizen. The other eight Red Sox ran onto the field before Manny did, and I think most fans assumed he was in the bathroom, or distracted by a shiny object - being Manny, basically. Then he came out waving a small American flag in one hand and got a huge ovation.
